Everyone in the company and how they connect - who sits where, and which part of the business each person belongs to.
People grouped by function - Executive, AI Solutions, Finance, Legal, Design, Growth - with client-facing roles flagged. Switch between tree and list view, or filter by team with the chips.
This is the control surface for the team - add a person with the + button. Roles and access are managed here, not in Settings.
Every tool the business runs on, in one place - what each one is, what we use it for, and where it sits in the stack.
Tools grouped by function - hosting, email, payments & banking, mail & registered agent, and more. Each card names the vendor, what we use it for, and a link to its dashboard.
Each tool shows where it stands - Active / Connected for what's live, or To set up / To register for what still needs wiring up.
Every email the business sends, in one place - grouped by category and laid out as branching sequences.
Click any email to see its design, its documentation, and where it sits in the flow.
Scroll / pinch to zoom, drag to pan, and press Z to fit the whole map. Filter by status with the All / Live / Planned chips up top.
Where each sale's money goes - revenue branches out to everyone who gets paid, and what's left over is the margin.
A visual breakdown per offer, from top-line revenue down to net margin, so it's clear how much each deal actually keeps.
Figures are illustrative - edit them to match real comp.

Все офферы XSELLEREIGHT в одном месте: что продаём, по какой цене, с какими опциями оплаты и как за секунды отправить контракт.
У каждого оффера - один платёж или рассрочка (2, 3, 6+ платежей). Все расчёты идут через Fanbasis.
The brands we run on an ongoing, month-to-month basis after their launch - our recurring book of business.
A roster of managed accounts with the metrics that matter for retention - monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and the revenue split on each retainer.
Brands graduate here automatically once their delivery work wraps. The model is two months free, then an upsell to a revenue-split retainer.
The live project board for the brands currently in delivery - one client's build at a time, laid out across its phases.
Each phase has its own kanban of tasks; the stepper up top moves between phases. Drag cards across columns as work moves forward.
Use the Filter button to switch which project you're viewing and to filter cards down to a single assignee.
Triggered by: a hire decision. You send the invite manually from this page once you're ready to bring someone on. There is no self-registration anywhere - everyone arrives through an invite.
What they receive: an email from notifications@xsellereight.com. Subject reads "You're invited to join XSELLEREIGHT." The body explains the role, the department, who they report to (if set), the documents they'll need, and a personal note from you if you wrote one. The email is action-only - the recipient activates by clicking the button inside the message.
What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password and enable MFA. MFA is required for everyone in the team table - no exceptions.
Both must be signed before they can use internal tools. The portal will block access until they're complete.
Access: role-based. Sales sees sales material, the assistant sees executive material, ops sees ops, and so on. Granular permission gating is on the roadmap - until then, team members see everything internal once activated.
Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu on the invite row.
Triggered by: first payment received. The invite auto-fires the moment you mark the client's initial payment as received in the contract's Payments tab. The package, language, and brand info come straight from the signed contract. You can also send it manually from the client detail page or from this Onboarding page (useful for wire transfers or strategic early access).
Why payment, not signature: the signed contract is the legal commitment. The first payment is the operational one. We don't open the portal until money has cleared - the portal exposes the inside of our delivery pipeline.
What they receive: an email from notifications@xsellereight.com. Subject reads "Welcome to XSELLEREIGHT - your portal is ready." The email is action-only - the client activates by clicking the button inside the message. Once they're in the portal, they have a direct messaging thread with their project manager for everything else.
What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password. MFA is optional for clients - encouraged but not required.
Access: only their own portal. They see their signed contract, payments, live progress through the 9-stage delivery flow, approval requests when we need their sign-off, and a direct line to their project manager. They cannot see other clients, internal team operations, or the academy.
Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu or from the client detail page.
Triggered by: first payment received. The invite auto-fires the moment you mark the student's initial payment as received against their Academy contract. The program (Групповое сопровождение or Личное менторство) and language come from the contract. You can also send it manually from this Onboarding page.
What they receive: an email from notifications@xsellereight.com. Subject reads "Welcome to XSELLEREIGHT Academy." The email is action-only - the student activates by clicking the button inside the message. Once they're in the academy portal, they have a direct messaging thread with their mentor for everything else.
What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password. MFA is optional for students.
Access: the academy only - their cohort's lessons, group calls, materials, and direct messaging with their mentor. They cannot see client portals or internal operations.
Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu on the invite row.
