Offers & ICP

3 (Done-for-You).
Опции оплаты

У каждого оффера - один платёж или рассрочка (2, 3, 6+ платежей). Все расчёты идут через Fanbasis.

Calls

What is this page?

The analytics view for the business phone line - call and text activity at a glance, drawn from the phone service's logs.

What's inside

Headline numbers (volume, missed rate, talk time, texts), trend and busiest-hours charts, your most-called contacts, plus the recent call log and SMS threads. Calls are matched to known leads & clients automatically.

How to use

Switch the date range to rescope every metric, filter the log by direction, or search by name/number. Click a matched call to open that contact.

Tasks

What is this page?

Every task across all your projects in one place - the flat list view of the work the team is carrying.

What's inside

Tasks grouped by availability so you can see what can move now, what needs review, what's parked, and what's done. Each row stays lean: project, owner, due date, and the next action.

How to use

Search or filter by project and assigned to - tap Mine to see only your tasks. Switch to Kanban with the view toggle, or hit New task to add one.

Decisions

0 pending

What is this page?

Everything waiting on your call, in one queue - so the agents keep moving and you only step in where a human decision is needed.

What's inside

Each card spells out what is being decided, who is asking, why it matters, and the options with a recommended pick. Tasks parked in "Needs Daniels" show up here too.

How to use

Pick an option and hit Approve, or Modify it with a note, or Shelve it for later. Nothing is ever approved automatically.

Agent Command Center

What is this page?

Live state of the CMUX agent fleet - which of your agents are launched right now and what each one is doing.

What's inside

One card per running session: its workspace and tab, current task and status, last activity, and the model/effort when we can detect it. Each card links to the agent's persona file.

How it works

The org chart is the roster of launchable agents; this view is the live runtime on top of it. Until CMUX feeds real data it shows a sample - see agents-runtime.integration.md.

Onboarding

Send your first invite to a client, team member, or student

Ongoing Management

What is this page?

The brands we run on an ongoing, month-to-month basis after their launch - our recurring book of business.

What's inside

A roster of managed accounts with the metrics that matter for retention - monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and the revenue split on each retainer.

How it works

Brands graduate here automatically once their delivery work wraps. The model is two months free, then an upsell to a revenue-split retainer.

Project Board

What is this page?

The actual project-management Kanban for PLM-OS tasks - this is where agent work, website work, and project execution live.

What's inside

Cards are grouped by Todo, In progress, Needs Daniels review (decision needed), and Done, then sorted into department swimlanes like Engineering, AI Audits & Delivery, Growth, Finance, and Leadership. On phones, use the lane tabs at the top of the board to switch lanes.

How to use

Use the project chips in the header to view all projects or a single project such as Website. Click any card to open the task detail with scope and activity.

How onboarding works

Team invites

Triggered by: a hire decision. You send the invite manually from this page once you're ready to bring someone on. There is no self-registration anywhere - everyone arrives through an invite.

What they receive: an email from no-reply@contencity.com. Subject reads "You're invited to join PLM." The body explains the role, the department, who they report to (if set), the documents they'll need, and a personal note from you if you wrote one. The email is action-only - the recipient activates by clicking the button inside the message.

What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password and enable MFA. MFA is required for everyone in the team table - no exceptions.

Documents required at activation

  • Tax form - either W-9 (US person) or W-8BEN (foreign individual). You pick which one when you send the invite.
  • Employment agreement - the contract between PLM and them. Signed inside the portal through the in-house contracts module.

Both must be signed before they can use internal tools. The portal will block access until they're complete.

Access: role-based. Sales sees sales material, the assistant sees executive material, ops sees ops, and so on. Granular permission gating is on the roadmap - until then, team members see everything internal once activated.

Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu on the invite row.

Client invites

Triggered by: first payment received. The invite auto-fires the moment you mark the client's initial payment as received in the contract's Payments tab. The package, language, and brand info come straight from the signed contract. You can also send it manually from the client detail page or from this Onboarding page (useful for wire transfers or strategic early access).

Why payment, not signature: the signed contract is the legal commitment. The first payment is the operational one. We don't open the portal until money has cleared - the portal exposes the inside of our delivery pipeline.

What they receive: an email from no-reply@contencity.com. Subject reads "Welcome to PLM - your portal is ready." The email is action-only - the client activates by clicking the button inside the message. Once they're in the portal, they have a direct messaging thread with their project manager for everything else.

What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password. MFA is optional for clients - encouraged but not required.

Access: only their own portal. They see their signed contract, payments, live progress through the 9-stage delivery flow, approval requests when we need their sign-off, and a direct line to their project manager. They cannot see other clients, internal team operations, or the academy.

Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu or from the client detail page.

Student invites

Triggered by: first payment received. The invite auto-fires the moment you mark the student's initial payment as received against their Academy contract. The program (Групповое сопровождение or Личное менторство) and language come from the contract. You can also send it manually from this Onboarding page.

What they receive: an email from no-reply@contencity.com. Subject reads "Welcome to PLM Academy." The email is action-only - the student activates by clicking the button inside the message. Once they're in the academy portal, they have a direct messaging thread with their mentor for everything else.

What they click: the activation link lands them on /setup. They pick a password. MFA is optional for students.

Access: the academy only - their cohort's lessons, group calls, materials, and direct messaging with their mentor. They cannot see client portals or internal operations.

Expiry: 7 days. The link goes dead after that. Resend it from the kebab menu on the invite row.
